HOLIDAY PRAYER

Donkey

Dear Ones,

The holidays are upon us! I have been traveling all over the world for the last few months. In late September AmorgosI was on Amorgos Island in Greece, the perfect setting to teach my favorite workshop- A Celebration of the Elements. It was a life-changing and powerful week for all of us. We hiked to the highest peak on Earth Day to the Temple of Pan where they were preparing fresh baked bread for a ceremony. On Water Day we took a boat to a dragon-shaped island and played in the water. Amorgos groupOn Air Day the wind took over Amorgos and on Fire Day we burned, sang and meditated. Each day was filled with profound teachings and amazing meditations. The take home for all of us was: EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

The next Celebration of the Elements workshop will be in Montana in the fall of 2016. I have found a fantastic location and the dates have been set: August 28 – September 3. Join me!

Happy FeetSwedenFrom Greece I traveled to Sweden and did two workshops and many private sessions. It was fun to see my Swedish clients. I love you all so much. Next, I went to Budapest, Vienna and finally flew home out of Frankfurt. I was really happy to be home for a couple of weeks before leaving to take a group to Brazil to visit John of God.

The people in my Brazil group were from Portugal, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Montana. Everyone had an amazing life-changing trip. I am now an official Group Leader for the Casa, so please join me in May 2016 for the next adventure. There are soJOG many reasons for going. A big one is health. One of ladies who joined me has Multiple Sclerosis and by the end of the trip she was pain-free for the first time in years. The smile on her face I will never forget. Others wanted to develop themselves spiritually, create new boundaries, create love relationships and/or find their life purpose. There is no limit to what is possible!

I just watch in awe.

Now to the holidays… with all the acts of violence happening it feels very important to make this time sacred. We need to send peace to all of the world. We need prayer and simple acts of kindness rather than a commercial holiday. We need to share meals and help one another in any way we can and remember that we are all one. When one of us hurts all of us are in pain… even if we don’t know it.

RefugeesI personally saw the refugees when I was in Europe. It was very difficult to see families with garbage bags and babies sitting on the floor of train stations. They all wanted a home away from terrorism. Refugees2I was inspired by the volunteers helping so that someone like me could step off a train and give train tickets to a few families. Without the volunteers who spoke the language I would have not known what was really needed. Some just needed a charger for their cell phones, a pair of socks or perhaps just to know that someone cared.

We are in a great time of change. Stay with your meditations and prayers and give a helping hand when you can. Give a smile when in traffic or in a crowded store. Count your blessings and live your life in gratitude.

TeachPeaceI wanted to share this prayer with you. It is a translation from Aramaic of “The Lord’s Prayer”:

O Cosmic Birther of all radiance and vibration!

Soften the ground of our being and carve out a space within us where Your Presence can abide.

Fill us with Your creativity so that we may be empowered to bear the fruit of Your mission.

Let each of our actions bear fruit in accordance to Your desire.

Endow us with the wisdom to produce and share what each being needs to grow and flourish.

Untie the tangled threads of destiny that bind us, as we release others from the entanglement of past mistakes.

Do not let us be seduced by that which would divert us from our true purpose, but illuminate the opportunities of the present moment.

For You are the ground and the fruitful vision, the birth-power and fulfillment, as all is gathered and made whole once again.

Amen.

I send you my love and blessings for a magical, inspirational and loving holiday season.

God bless you,

Laura
